Marissa Buck is an associate in DP&F’s Employment practice group. She represents clients in matters involving various employment issues including wage and hour, discrimination, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, and implementing state and federal regulations. She also assists clients in analyzing the legal risks associated with hiring, disciplining and firing, and has represented her clients’ interests in both administrative proceedings and litigation.
