About Marissa Buck
Marissa Buck is an associate in DP&F’s Employment practice group. She represents clients in matters involving various employment issues including wage and hour, discrimination, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, and implementing state and federal regulations. She also assists clients in analyzing the legal risks associated with hiring, disciplining and firing, and has represented her clients’ interests in both administrative proceedings and litigation. Prior to joining the Employment group, Marissa practiced general ligation for over five years representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. Her experience includes litigating real property matters, trust disputes, and general commercial disputes. Marissa also has experience advising law firms on ethics issues and representing attorneys in State Bar defense matters in California.
